The product portfolio includes polyimide (PI), PET high-temperature, PTFE, fiberglass and glass-cloth, industrial masking, and tissue and double-sided tapes.
1. Project Review
We review the application, operating and peak temperatures, exposure time, substrates, adhesive requirements, dimensions, quantity and packaging needs.
2. Product and Process Confirmation
The suitable backing, adhesive system, thickness, width, length and converting method are confirmed before production or sampling.
3. Manufacturing and Converting
Coating, slitting, rewinding, die cutting and packaging requirements can be evaluated according to the selected product and project.
4. Quality and Document Confirmation
Inspection requirements and applicable UL-related insulation, RoHS, REACH or other supporting documents are confirmed according to the selected model and customer requirement.
5. Order Coordination
MOQ, tolerance, sample arrangement, lead time, packaging and shipping terms are confirmed for each project before the order proceeds.

1. OEM Support
For an existing Nomay product or a customer-confirmed specification, we can evaluate requirements for width, length, thickness, slitting, rewinding, die cutting, labels and packaging. Customer branding and artwork are used only after the relevant details and authorization are confirmed.
2. ODM Support
When a standard product does not fully match the application, we review the operating temperature, exposure time, substrates, process conditions, adhesive performance, dimensions and other target requirements. A suitable backing, adhesive system and product construction can then be evaluated for sampling and testing.
3. Project Confirmation
Technical feasibility, specifications, tolerances, sample arrangements, MOQ, cost, lead time, packaging and applicable supporting documents are confirmed separately for each project before mass production.
4. Cooperation Process

1. Application Analysis
We review operating and peak temperatures, exposure time, substrates, process conditions, adhesive requirements, dimensions and clean-removal needs.
2. Product Construction Evaluation
The laboratory and project teams evaluate backing materials, adhesive systems, thickness, color, liners and converting methods according to the application and selected product family.
3. Sample and Test Coordination
Free samples are available for initial product evaluation. Depending on the product and application, test items may include heat resistance, adhesion, peel strength, electrical insulation or residue performance. Test methods and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each project.
4. Product and Process Improvement
