R&D Research & Development Introduction

We have built an independent professional adhesive material R&D laboratory, focusing on formula optimization, adhesive upgrading and performance testing for high-temperature resistant tapes. Our R&D team has rich experience in silicone adhesive and polymer film material research, continuously iterating core formulas to solve industry pain points such as high-temperature residual glue, poor insulation performance and adhesive failure in extreme working conditions.

Upgrade high-temperature silicone glue to improve durability under 260℃-380℃ long-term high temperature environment
Develop low-ion, halogen-free and flame-retardant adhesive formulas to match semiconductor, new energy battery and photovoltaic high-standard requirements
Optimize substrate surface treatment technology to enhance bonding firmness and avoid peeling off
Customize exclusive material solutions according to customers' actual application scenarios

All raw materials and finished products undergo strict laboratory tests including high-temperature aging test, insulation withstand voltage test, peeling force test and corrosion resistance test before mass production.
